CHRIS LAKE

A lot of good stuff coming from the Ultra Record Label this week. I have been looking forward to hopeful getting a mix or two out for you guys sometime this week. Everyone who follows electronic music knows the name Chris Lake and if you know him you probably know he was at Spy Bar last weekend. Both tracks are great the Build Up (original mix) and one of my favorite electro artist right now Build Up (Tommy Trash Edit). Check it out!

PEDRO HENRIQUES FEAT. GUISEPPE VIOLA

Alright, so the lyrics are incredible corny, but once the track breaks, then builds, then drops everything comes together. This is really why everyone should take a gander at Spread The Love (Digital Lab Remix) and Spread The Love (Yves V Remix). Honestly, if they just cut out the vocals each track would probably sit better, check out Pedro Henriques music and support if you want.

JOHAN VILBORG

Another one that was sitting in the hold bin, but finally got around to purchasing. This is a Trance track, which defiantly could sit around the progressive house genre. Johan Vilborgs release of Altara does very much make an exception towards my low demand in the Trance genre. In going through Vilborgs top ten tracks his euphoric sound may be something of interest for the readers of this blog. A track from this release that must be heard is Altara (Original Mix).

STEVE SMOOTH, KALENDR, & JONAS TEMPEL

Chicago residents and also fantastic producers Steve Smooth, Jason Kalendr and get this THE CEO OF BEATPORT Jonas Tempel, WHAT!! Mix will be up in a couple day I hope, but really guys check this one out, The Maya (Original Mix). Signed on onto Ultra Records, which has great pop/house tracks.

SEBASTIEN DRUMS

Listen to this Loud!! Really as a DJ/Producer this track can never go wrong. Sebastien Drums threw down on this one and then Muzzaik Remixed it and threw down even harder. Both the Original Mix and Muzzaik Mix are great!! But, I must say the Remix is a percentage larger on the scale of goodness. Check Stealth Records.

Brodinski just dropped a new remix of the Justice original On 'n' On. It defiantly took me a while, but I finally like this one. Originally I found it a bit boring, but now I'm constantly playing this track. Obviously, it was dropped on Ed Banger Records / Because Music.

ZEDD

Zedd has had one hell of a year of releases (Shave It!, Stars Come Out, and Dovregubben) on significantly large record labels. But, I do believe this is by far the biggest release to this date, bringing it in during New Years. Released on Skrillex new label OWLSA. Absolutely love the sampled vocal!

Loving the Dada Life and here is yet another remix done right by Special Features. It may be questionable to if this has been my favorite mix of Happy Violence to date. This track was part of a remix contest, which the Dada guys would pick the final mix and be released on there label So Much Dada. I think they picked it right!

TONITE ONLY (NICKY ROMERO REMIX)

Nicky Romero has been making quite the splash in the electronic house scene and this track is medium well remix from himself. He also has another single out that has been getting a lot of heat on the blogs named Toulouse (Oiginal Mix). But, this track named Hater gonna hate (Nicky Romero Remix) from Tonite Only is not a bad electro house track.

TOMMIE SUNSHINE & DISCO FRIES

A guy that has been played on The Chicago House Loop many times, Tommie Sunshine. If you like electro house it's hard to get around this guy and Disco Fries for that matter. FELIX CARTAL FEAT. POLINA

F***ing hot! This is not a track that has been over done, which I love! So many tracks now a day are way to heavy on the electro side. I love those track that are borderline edge electro and house for example check out these two tracks Laidback Luke, Nouveau Yorrican, Gina Turner - Chiuso (Original Mix) & Nalin & Kane - Beachball (Chris Lake Remix). What I am kinda trying to say is sometimes not over doing it is a good thing and Felix Cartal does a great job of proving this. Check it out Felix Cartal ft. Polina - Don't Turn On The Lights (Original Mix). Great stuff on Dim Mak Records.
